Important information: 

- Access to our workshop space involves the use of a stairs
- For your comfort and safety we recommend you wear warm clothing as our workshop space is situated above the florist shop which is kept at around room temperature 
- Please wear fully covered shoes 
- Some of the tools used are sharp, if you are not comfortable with using them our staff will be on hand to help you
- Not recommended for children below 13 years old 

Upon purchase you will be sent a confirmation email or text within 24hrs 

Refunds/Cancellation policy: If you should unfortunately need to cancel, the earliest you can let us know, the more possibilty we have of reselling your tickets. If you need to cancel please contact us in writing via email at

Our cancellation policy on workshop tickets is as follows: 

Cancellation 72hrs before the event: Full refund
Cancellation 48hrs before the event: 50% refund 
Cancellation less than 48hrs before the event: No refund
