Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our product (flowers) we only guarantee freshness for 5 consecutive days 

Should there be a problem with your flowers, we request you return the entire product (all stems) to our store within this timeframe, so we can evaluate the reason for their premature decline

We typically replace cut flowers with a fresh bouquet due to the perishable nature so long as the basic care (found on the care card attached) requirements are met, we may recommend alternative blooms especially if the likely reason for this premature decline is temperature related 

We only offer refunds in the following circumstance:

If the product is not as descibed/pictured
If we are unable to fulfill your order
If the product was not delivered on the ordered date
